Thundercats ;; Episode 19 ;; The Pit

I really kind of liked this episode. I liked the idea of Lion-O not being the amazing kind that everyone's been thinking of him as. And I finally got the answer to one of my on-going questions ;; Did everyone in Thundera just DIE? Haha, they never bothered to say what happened to everyone. The six of them were just calling themselves the only survivors of the attack, and I was just like, that's can't quite possibly be true!

I loved how Panthro was all buddy-buddy with Dobo even though they through insults at each other at first xD I loved their history together! That was such a cute story about how they fought through all those enemies together. I felt so bad for Dobo when he talked about how he woke up one morning to find Panthro had escaped without him. At first I figured, what else would Panthro have done? He had to get back to Thundera. But when Panthro told Dobo about how he had found out their next match was going to be against each other, I was just like, awh, Panthro, you DO have feelings! Haha, they were sweet (:

Haha, Kit and Kat's experiences with the little klepto-Raccon were so funny! I loved how they were all, we know everything there is to know about pick pocketing! And then he completely fools them and even in the end he gets away with their stuff xD

Okay, so I completely fell in love with Pumyra. Her first scene with taking down that huge robot thing? That was so awesome! And then when Lion-O goes in to save her and she gets all mad at him (and manages to get him caught as well ;)) made her so mysterious, with why she would be mad at him when they don't even know each other. And then her story about how all the remaining cats were sold into slavery and there was no king to come to save them. I loved how she was willing to fight her kind even though he was, you know, the king. And the way Lion-O refused to fight her. That showed that he actually is a fit king. The fact that he would never raise his hand (claw, paw?) against one of his own people (cats). And then the moment when they both stopped fighting...

And Dobo was, you've both earned my respect and I set you free. I really liked him. He was one super cool dog. Also, I loved the idea of the City of Dogs because otherwise we only ever see the cats as having an entire city//kingdom type of things. Well, I guess we saw the elephants. And the bearbill nonsense things xD But still, this was way better, haha.

Thundercats :: Episode 17 ;; Native Son

I really liked this episode! I love Tygra and absolutely loved this episode about his past and everything <3 He's so much better than Lion-O. He was born as a prince AND got adopted into being another prince ;D

His father was so sweet and nice and caring and....proud. I love that he broke his promise to the evil spirits and let Tygra go to save him. And then when Tygra was all, I think I'm going to stay here, he had to act like he didn't love his son! That was one of my favorite scenes because you could see the anguish in Javan's eyes, but he wasn't going to back down because he cared so much about protecting his son <3 And then when he exploded out to stop his generals or whatever from killing his son? That was pure epic-ness. He was so dang awesome for saving Tygra <3

I felt so bad for my poor Tygra. The scenes from his past just made me want to cry! His mother was so sweet looking! And she was all, the Gods have blessed us! And Claudus was all, sure, let's raise a tiger! And they raised such a cute adorable wondermus tiger and told him he was going to be the prince. When she finds out she's actually pregnant and nearly calls Tygra prince, I was ready to cry! That was so dang sad!! And then when she dies and he's all, I love the two most important things in my life that day...<3 I kind of felt bad to Lion-O because he was the reason Tygra lost those things xP

I couldn't believe that the tigers all were technically dead. I mean, Tugra finally finds a place where he belongs, a family he could be a part of, a place where he could finally be king, and everyone is a bunch of ghosts... I felt so bad for Tygra when he asks Lion-O why he seems destined to always lose everything he cares about... But then their little brother bonding moment at the end was so cute! I absolutely loved how Lion_o responds by telling him he'll never lose his brother <3 I can only ever deal with Lion-O when he's being nice to Tygra ;D

To me it seems as though Lion-O displays more pride than Tygra... Even though pride is supposed to be the tigers' thing. I mean, look at how kind and caring Tygra is. Right in front of Lion-O he admits that he lost everything when Lion-O was born, he admits that he wants to stay here. And yet he never once shows any anger toward Lion-O {excpet when Lion-O refuses to be happy for him}. I mean, who could ask for a brother better than Tygra? He is the epitome of AWESOME BiG BROTHER. <3

Thundercats ;; Episode 13 ;; Between Brothers

ViCTORY.
Not only did Tygra manage to prove that he was all good all the time, he also got Cheetara!!
So, I had had my doubts about this episode, thinkingthat mayeb they'd end up actually turning Tygra evil or something. But the episode did not dissapoint. It did exactly what I thought and hoped it would. It had Tygra prove to Lion-O that he was always on his side [the story about how he ran to their father for help ight after pushing him in was ADORABLE]. And it gave Tygra Cheetara, FiNALLY. I was so happy that shewent with him, because after everything she's dne with and said to Lion-O I actually wasn't sure she'd end up going for the sweet little tiger that looked after her while she waited for Jaga.
May I also point out how awesome Tygra was wih hs Sowrd of Omens and how he was wooping Lion-O BUTT? Haha, even with a fake sword made out of his pent up anger and rage, Tygra still managed to beat the future prince. I feel like he only fought with Lion-O in this scene because he needed to get his anger out and it was the perfect time to do so. Not because he was seriously blinded by rage. But that might just be his lover talking ;D
This last scene, I was so ready for it.
When Auburn, or Anet, or whatever the big elephant's name was, tells Lion-O that the bell hasn't rung yet, I was all, oh SNAP. Tygra's gonna get with Cheetara FOR SURE.
And I was so ang happy about it. And she was so dang sweet about it. Having kept the flower core all that time. That was ADORABLE. And so super SHWEET.
They make one SHYA-DORABLE couple <3
I felt bad for poor wittle Lion-O a tweensy bit... But he can get over himself. He seriously gets everything. He can let his brother win this one time.
I hope he doesn't bring up later and just lets the pir of them be happy together.
Though, knowng Lion-O...he's gonna wanna fight his brother for his lady.

Can't wait for the next episode.
March 2nd?
What EVEN?
That's simply torturous.
Plus thefact that Young Justice and Clone Wars isn't coming on either...
What am I supposed to watch in my two weeks of winter breakk? xP

Thundercats ;; Episode 12 ;; Into the Astral Plane

I really liked this last episode because it had so much Tygra screen time ;D
I felt so dang bad for my wittle tiger kitty! I mean, he's liked Cheetara since they were little kids and she's going to choose Lion-O over him? Like, how in this world can ANYONE like the over-confident Lion-O over the super suave and awesome and amazing Tygra? Tygra's better at everything. His only fault is that he knows it ;)
Cheetara and Tygra as little kids were simply adorable <3 When he gives her the flower, I was like, awh, you are SUCH a sweetie! I felt so bad for him when Jaga finally elts her in and he goes over and the flower was crushed. It was like she had just forgotten him in an instant. And it seems like she hasn't remembered since, seeing as how they are traveling together and I would never have thought that they had ever met before then.
CHEETARA, WHY ARE YOU SO BLiND?
I thought it was so cute when Jaga lets her in. He was all, maybe you do have patience after all <3 And she so had that speed thing down. Who kicks a little orphan girl out just because she messes one thing up? I mean, how heartless could that guy have been??

These two as little kits made my day. They were simply adorable.
I loved seeing the past as a double storyline going with the current episode. It was nice background information that helped justify Tygra's resaoning for being jealous of Lion-O.
I mean, if your little brother got to be king, got the Sword of Omens, AND got the girl you've liked for so long I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like them either. xD
I mean, did Lion-O really have to jokingly say how he got the Sword and would get Cheetara as well? Come on, Lion-O, can't you see how much your brother can't stand you? And then when Tygra goes through the doorway and the elephant dude tells Lion-O he will soon know a betrayal from his brother the likes of which he never has before and Lion-O scoffs and goes, we may have rivalries, but we're still brothers. I was just kind of like, seriously? Tygra looks after you despite everything you do and you don't even realize that the way you treat him might lead him to betray you?
I mean, Lion-O just takes his epicc brother for granted. What even.
I really hope the betrayal isn't Tygra turning bad or something, because that would just make me so dang angry.
I really can't wait for tomorrow's episode. I am so excited to see how things unfold.
Is it really the season finale? Because that would just breakk my heart. Only thirteen episodes and it's going to end with Tygra's betrayal??

Thundercats [~2011~]

I used to watch the original series, and so I couldn't help falling into watching this new incarnation of the show ;)
The animation is far better, so that's always a plus. I love seeing those same characters again, it's simply lovely. of course, the show, like all re-dos, is not nearly as good. But it's still worth the time, in my opinion ;D

LiON-O ;; I love his sense of want to help anyone he sees in danger. His little tinkering with technology at the very beginning of the show was simply adorable. He's simply such a sweetie. Though, he can have his little harsh moments. he gets frustrated very easily. He can't stand that his older brother is better than him at everything ;D Though, I find it sweet that Lion-O never throws it in Tygra's face that even thought Tygra is more skilled and deserving, he has no chance at the throne because he isn't the blood son of late King Claudus. Lion-O is really rash and rushes into things without thinking about the consequences, and even though he is learning to avoid that, he still has a long way to o before he masters patience and strategizing an all that good stuff ;]

TYGRA ;; I have absolutely fallen iN LOVE with Tygra. He's so dang hilarious and good natured. He works with everyone and is so dang epic. I love this one scene in the robobear episode where he and Cheetara an sleeping together because I think they would make a simply ADORABLE couple ;D He can be cocky and rather arrogant, but he knows his place. he would follow his brother into any situation. Like when, before Thundera was attacked, Lion-O was protecting those lizards, Tygra shows up to fight beside his brother even though he doesn't share the same views on the treatment of the lizards. I was rather surprised that it was him and not Cheetara or Lion-O who decided to let the Thunder-kits come along.I don't know, that just didn't really seem like his style, I guess. I love his invisibility thing, it's so awesome. (:

CHEETARA ;; Cheetahs have always been my favorite animals, and so Cheetara was probably why I was attracted to this show in the first place. I love that the creators of the show chose to have a cheetah because they are often overlooked and all. Anyways, I love Cheetara in this new show. She's got such an awesome personality. She's always ready to fight and she supports Lion-O in all of his endeavors. She seems to be super mature in comparison to the rest of the team. Well, except for in the newest episode when she first convinces Panthro to race Tygra and Lion-O and then gets out of the thundertank and races the two princes' vehicles on foot [and would have won, too, if not for WilyKit sending out those rockets]. She appears to be competitive, and highly skilled and capable of defending herself. I don't know what I think about her relationship with Lion-O since, as I mention earlier, I would prefer to see her with Tygra. besides, Lion-O is always too busy to notice how totally epic she is. He doesn't deserve her ;D

WiLYKiT&&WiLYKAT ;; WilyKit and Wilykat are simply the cutest little kittens in the entire show. They are funny, and sweet, and adorable and amazing. WilyKit with her flute playing is so cute. In this last episode when WilyKat tell the elephant about how it's a lullaby their mother used to hum, I felt so sad for them! Poor little things, left out in the cold harsh world without their mother <3 They both make up a large part of the comic relief in the show, and I love that. Plus the way that even though Lion-O, Tygra, and Cheetara tend to only be worried about fighting and all they seem to be able to keep up with the older cats and always help find ways out of their different predicaments. These two are simply adorable. That's about all I can say about them. Haha <3

PANTHRO ;; Panthro makes me laugh. He is so sweet and tried to appear so big, bad, and mean that it's simply cutsie. I love his obsession with his thundertank because it reminds me of Cyborg from Teen Titans' obsession with his car ;) Panthro tries to give off this tough, no nonsense attitude, and yet he is just a big softie. The way he was with those robobears ;D Plus how he's always sitting with the Thunder-kits. I bet they've helped to soften him up ;] Even though he was extremely loyal to Claudus, he seemed nearly unwilling to be loyal to Lion-O, waiting until the young new king could prove himself to finally pledge his loyalty.
